Often, I get an uncontrollable urge to eat something sweet and end up eating 100, 200, 300 calories of sweets. Later I hate them to see on my thighs. My new love is Jell-o and it loves me back. It's itsy bitsy 10 calories per 1 container and satisfies my cravings.
